Incredible museum and memorial

Excellent
The museum is one of the most thought provoking places I've visited. There are so many personal accounts of the 911 tragedy and many personal effects from people that were caught up in the events that day. Outside the museum is the memorial to everyone who lost their life that day. This is not organised alphabetically but by company or group and has small mementoes and flowers on it.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
There is airport style security screening on entrance to the Museum. It can get busy but you can buy tickets in advance. The first part of your visit is a short film - there are accessible viewing areas in the auditorium. The museum is spread out over different floors but these are all accessible with decent sized elevators. You're able to get right next to many of the exhibits and the information is presented at a good height. There are audio guides to the Museum and you can access Large Print and Braille guides from the information point. There are subtitles on all videos, hearing loops available and I believe there are American Sign Language tours available.
Parking & Transport
Good
The memorial is easy to access and the museum is right next door. We were staying nearby so it was only a short distance but there are subway stations nearby that are wheelchair accessible.

Several accessible toilets located throughout. Clean & spacious.
