Overall Rating
Good
I got a free carers ticket with the access card. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I’m a part time wheelchair user so I booked a wheelchair space but then decided to use my rollator instead that day but luckily they were able to make sure I had a proper seat to sit down on to watch ABBA last minute. Inside the venue where all the shops, food and drink were was a bit crowded and sensory overload so I went to sit down inside the concert bit where it much quieter. The ABBA concert was amazing there was some effects like flashing lights etc so wouldn’t recommend if photo sensitive.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
It was wheelchair accessible, with step free access but did get a little crowded at times so always allow extra time to arrive and leave.
Accessible facilities: Single-level venue, Step-free entrance, Step-free access to most areas
Parking & Transport

I travelled to this place by tram
All Nearby Public transport was wheelchair accessible including the DLR and the tube

Facilities: Accessible toilet
Staff
Excellent
Staff were so helpful and were able to sort us out last minute when I decided to use my rollator instead of wheelchair by making sure I had a seat
