The ABBA Arena is a custom built entertainment venue located at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford. This portable arena was designed specifically to host the immersive ABBA Voyage concert experience, which uses advanced motion capture technology to present digital versions of the band alongside a live ten piece band. Visitors can choose to enjoy the high energy atmosphere of the standing dance floor or opt for a reserved seat in the auditorium.

This venue was built with accessibility as a primary focus and features level access throughout the entrance, foyer, and bars. Facilities include a Changing Places toilet in addition to standard accessible toilets located throughout the building. For those with sensory requirements, the venue provides a hearing loop system. Ten on site parking spaces are available for Blue Badge holders, which must be reserved in advance. The arena is situated directly opposite Pudding Mill Lane DLR station, which offers step free access via a lift.

Accessible for physical disabilities

I got a free carers ticket with the access card. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I’m a part time wheelchair user so I booked a wheelchair space but then decided to use my rollator instead that day but luckily they were able to make sure I had a proper seat to sit down on to watch ABBA last minute. Inside the venue where all the shops, food and drink were was a bit crowded and sensory overload so I went to sit down inside the concert bit where it much quieter. The ABBA concert was amazing there was some effects like flashing lights etc so wouldn’t recommend if photo sensitive.
