Excellent
Excellent access. Very helpful staff. Large changing places toilet. Good restaurant, reasonably priced. I was able to access and view everything I wanted to see.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
This venue is very accessible. There are fairly spacious lifts to all floors. Exhibits are well spaced to allow access around them and information is not too high. The staff are also helpful, which is great because some of the doors are hard to open independently.
Parking & Transport
Good
There are parking places outside the venue, which are excellent but limited. Sometimes you have to wave your blue badge because people drive into here to pick up children from the school. Otherwise there may be some disabled parking nearby.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
There is a spacious, changing places toilet on the first floor and a wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor. Assistance may be needed to open/close the door to the toilet on the first floor.
Staff
Excellent
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Don't worry about asking them for assistance.
