Disabled Access Information Provided by Able2Adventure

Disabled Access at Able2Adventure

Our activities use specialist equipment and approaches to make them accessible. We provide information on the nearest accessible toilets and changing places venues in relation to our activity sites. We offer canoeing, paddleboarding, packrafting, adaptive biking, guided wheelchair walks, climbing, abseiling and bushcraft. To transfer from wheelchairs to paddlesports we use transfer stools and the promove manual sling.

Toilets features at Able2Adventure

There are accessible toilets at Glenmore Forest, Loch Morlich and Loch Insh. There is a changing places toilet in Tiso, in Aviemore.

Changing Places toilet

There is a Changing Places toilet, which includes an adult-size changing bench, toilet, sink and hoist.

Accessible toilet

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
