The Yu Spa is attached to the Apex Hotel in Dundee and guest of the hotel can use the swimming pool if they want to. The pool is 1.2 m throughout it length and is a very popular both with guest and locals who can purchase membership to use the pool and gym with in the spa . The Spa also offers a range of different treatments such as Aromatherapy and the Spa its self will be pleased to answer any questions you may have on this. There are separate male and female changing facilities hotel guests are given a towel to use as well as a band to operate the lockers. The Spa is open from 6.30am to 10pm and 9pm on Saturday and Sunday.

There is not a lot of Space in the Changing rooms so it can be difficult to get through the area to access the pool however staff will be pleased to assist you if ask them for help with doors erc . There are both steps and ladders down in to the water the steps are on the Right as you exit the Changing rooms and there is a rail to hold on to as you go down the steps
Parking & Transport
Average
The Spa uses the same car park as the hotel so the 4 Blue Badge spaces can be full a lot of the time as the hotel is also a popular location for various events in Dundee

Excellent
The staff in the spa made us very welcome on ever visit and always asked if we had enjoyed the pool when we came back out,
