Appletree is a modern, purpose-built, family-run, luxury, self-catering lodge for up to eight people. Specially built for the self catering market in 2016 the cottage has four comfortable fully en-suite double bedrooms. A spacious open plan lounge, dining area, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen provides ample space for friends and family get-togethers. Huge picture windows provide panoramic views across the beautiful countryside at the southern end of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park A large sliding glass door opens onto a private south facing patio. The living area, porch, patio, downstairs bedroom and its ensuite bathroom are all on the same level with no step. There are grab handles in the bathroom and room for wheelchair turning. This cosy eco cottage, full of natural light boasts biomass powered hot water and underfloor heating. There is a cheerful wood burning stove for the winter months. Outside there's a spacious private garden surrounding the holiday cottage, perfect for children and grown-ups to play. There is ample parking for four cars.
