Overview

Arabica is an accessible restaurant offering Middle-Eastern mezze style food in King's Cross. We both loved all our dishes and already talking about coming back.

Transport & Parking

Arabica is located in King's Cross just behind Granary Square. The nearest tube station King's Cross is step free. The nearest train stations are King's Cross and St Pancras. From these stations it is a slight but noticeable walk uphill to the restaurant. There are several buses that stop nearby in King's Cross. If you are looking for the shortest walking distance on the flat, take the 390 bus from King's Cross/ York Way Stop G and go one stop to Copenhagen Street York Way Stop E. Exiting the bus, walk forward. Then take the first left into Handyside Street. At Lewis Cubit Walk turn right and the restaurant is the first door on your right.

Access

The restaurant has step free access. The glass entrance door is manual and very heavy. It leads directly into the restaurant which is on the ground floor. There is a variety of seating. There are free standing tables and chairs, long tables with bench style seating all with no arms and some with no back support, and high stools by the counter.

Toilets

At the back of the restaurant is an accessible toilet. It has a manual door. I found the door hard to close as there is a knack to do it, but was no problem when the waiter showed me what to do. The toilet is spacious, clean, tidy and well maintained. There are grab rails and an emergency cord.

Staff

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and service was very efficient. Excellent service.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

The food is so fresh and delicious. There was a good selection of vegan dishes, which are marked as PB plant based. We shared 3 maze ( hummus, tabbouleh and falafel) and 2 main dishes (Iraki style aubergine and Batata Harra) between us with flat bread and this was plenty for a main meal. Food was beautifully presented and arrived when ready. We also finished off with baklava. Everything was gorgeous. Can't wait to return.
