Went to pick up my parcel from eBay at Argos. There were wide doors but a step so I couldn't get in. A lady passed & asked if I was okay so I told her I couldn't get in. Staff said they look for a ramp. I waited10 mins sitting in the rain when a young guy came & said we haven't got a ramp! So I said how am I gonna get in? I've got a parcel to pick up. He said there's nowt I can do! I'll take the parcel number & get it. I said but I need to be inside. He said we've got wide doors that''s enough

I said but wheelchair users can't get in! He said it's not Argos problem it's up to the council. I said it's a cop out a big store like Argos. In which he replied well go to the council if your not happy! Nice manager eh!! Went to council which they've had many of complaint about Argos & wheelchair users, & said it's up to individual shops. So shame on Argos Ashington & the young guys attitude!
