Good
Overall the shopping centre has good disabled access, level access is available at different entrances of the shopping centre. Also the location of lifts are useful and the disabled toilets are well kept.

Not all entrances are level access but entrances that are can be found using on the map provided on the arndale shopping centre website under facilities. There are a number of lifts available in the shopping centre which are located in Boots, BHS, Exchange Court, Wintergarden and next to Argos.
Parking & Transport
Good
The shopping centre has its own multi-storey car park with 28 disabled available which is located on high street. Shudehill interchange is the nearest metro link and bus stop to the centre and the nearest train station is Manchester Victoria both a five minute walk or less to the centre.
Accessible Toilets
Good
There are number of disabled toilets located throughout the shopping centre which are clearly signposted and easy to access.
Staff
Good
There is an information help desk next the lifts located opposite sports direct on the ground floor and staff are very friendly and willing to help.
Additional Information
I would recommend visiting the shopping centre. The shopping centre also offers a service called shopmobility which offers the loan of free wheelchairs, powerchairs and scooters. This can be accessed by booking in advance with more information on the arndale shopping centre website under facilities.
