Overview
Went to view a car and assured accessible toilets. Went to use them but you can't close the toilet door with a wheelchair in the room. Had to leave without seeing the car. I asked by email that it be raised with the manager but did not get a reply. There is one disabled parking bay. The showroom is accessible.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Salesman didn't reply to email about raising the issue with the dealership management
