The Car park under the store has a number of blue badge spaces there is an exit from the car park to the bottom of the travelator that takes you in to the store. However there are notices on the travelator that they are not suitable for wheelchair users so as a result from this area you need to go out the door turn to your right and use the ramp next to the door to go up to the main entrance to the store the ramp is in 3 sections and is not that wide. At the main entrance to the there are trollies that you can attach to a wheelchair.
