Overview

Coming into the station on the High Speed Service from London I had to change to a local train. It was seamless which I have to admit is not always the case as a powerchair user.

Arrived by train and left by train.

Access

The service was good with staff on hand to deploy the ramps at each point. The station has modern easy to use lifts to transfer between platforms.

Toilets

There is a accessible loo but I didn't use it.

Staff

The staff were excellent and put the ramps down to enable me to get on and off the trains. They accompanied my through the various stages of getting across the platforms and boarding my next train.
