Platform four is at the entrance on Station Road, when you go in there is a gate that you need to scan your ticket to get through, there is a ticket machine and an assistance point there. There is stairs across to platforms one, two and three which you can also access through the main entrance of Smith Street. The entrance at Smith Street also has gates there is a ticket booth outside under a shelter, and ticket booths inside as well as vending machines, all platforms have benches with arm rests and yellow tactile paving at the edges.
