Banchory Lodge Hotel

Efforts are made to accommodate disabled access needs, but they've got a fair way to go. There are no accessible hotel rooms (all upstairs, no lift) but the annexe 'Cobbleheugh House' is a bit better - this is where I slept. Staff seem very nice but a bit clueless.

Arrived to find ramps already in place for us (friends had requested already in advance), allowing us easily up the three steps to the front entrance. Swiftly escorted to the dining room, where table space was already prepared with plenty of room around my wheelchair. Lovely meal and exemplary service.
