Good music venue and hire space

Overview
Good open space and good to hire for meetings etc. In the evenings it is a music venue so not sure what it would be like them. It could be quite tight but it is in the northern quarter of Manchester quite trendy area.
Transport & Parking
I dont think there is parking for the venue as it is on a main road.
Access
Large wide door to entrance, all level floor access.
Toilets
one large disabled toilet. I think it is of a reasonable size. there is no changing bed but i guess it is a venue in the evening for live music etc and it is in the corner of the room. I am not sure there would be enough room for this but certainly is for both manual and power chairs.
Staff
we had hired the venue in the daytime so not really meeting with the staff.
