Excellent access, the whole zoo is accessible except for the land train. My only issue was their mobility scooter hire, their webpage says it's first come first served. When I visited they said I should have pre-booked. The webpage has the words mobility scooter hire in dark green as a link for further information, with other words being black. I missed that it was a link. You had to follow the link to find out about pre-booking. Luckily they did have a scooter available that day.
