On a trip to Westfield Shopping Centre in Srratford I was looking for a bank where I could wheel in and use a cash machine.
Disabled Access In and Around

I was looking for a bank where I could wheel in and get some money. I prefer to go into a bank rather than using street based cash machines. I also needed a cash point that I could manage from wheelchair height. Barclays fitted the bill with an open front so no doors or thresholds, plenty of room, and a cash machine I could use.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Lots of parking in the adjacent car parks as well as good access to the DLR and Tube. That said, Westfield is enormous so you do have some distance between the bank and stations.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
The Westfield Centre has loads of accessible loos; including a changing places toilet.
Staff
Excellent
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
