No overhead hoist

They don't have a working overhead hoist as of March 2023 and when I asked Reception when it might be fixed, they could not tell me.

Disabled Access at Dorsett Shepherds Bush

The main entrance is on Shepherds Bush Green offering level, paved, access. The majority of visitors will enter the building through the main entrance, an automatic revolving door, however there is an automatic pass door either side of the main entrance, operated by way of a hand pressed “press to enter/exit” button for both entering and exiting, along with a ramp down to Reception. A secondary entrance is located at the side of the hotel, with level access in to the building. This entrance is the closest to the hotel drop off point, valet parking area and disabled bays. There are 3 lifts.

The hotel offers 2 on-site disabled parking bays which can be reserved prior to arrival by calling the hotel. It is highly recommended to book these spaces in advance and there is no charge to those with a Blue Badge.

Toilets features at Dorsett Shepherds Bush

A unisex accessible toilet is located both on the ground floor and at basement level. They are fitted with grab rails and an alarm, along with baby changing facilities. The toilet located in the basement can be accessed via the guest lift. Separate male and female toilets can also be found in the basement.
