The first thing is being able to get in to your branch - we have an external ramp and power-assisted doors. The banking hall is spacious with improved lighting, seating areas and a lift to the first floor where you can speak to an advisor in a quiet area or private room. Our counter positions and interview room/advisor desks all have fitted hearing induction loops for hearing aid users. We can also provide, via iPAD, British Sign Language interperation. Indoor cash machines have been designed to be easier to use with clear, easy-to-read screens and keypads with raised dots and as well as standard text labels. The majority of our cash machines now provide an audio service. Plug your earphones into the socket and press 5, and you’ll hear a full range of options from withdrawing cash to changing your PIN.
