I have booked many ‘accessible ‘ rooms since an accident and this was perfect. I had a wet room with all the handles in the correct place. There was a fitted folding seat at the shower which was invaluable. Wheelchair users would easily be able to use too. Used the pool and it has both steps and a ladder. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Was able to access hot tub and sauna/ steam room. Best accessible room I’ve found in years.
