Overview

I had a panic attack which caused my boyfriend to also have a panic attack. The staff were so lovely and calmed us right down. The manager even paid for our food. The staff are always so patient with us

Transport & Parking

There is free disabled parking outside Bevano lounge, there is a bus stop and train station also outside Bevano Lounge. Alternatively you can park your car in Sainsbury car park for free with blue badge which is only a short walk away

Access

The tables are spaced out even before covid so really easy to move around in a wheelchair. You can order food at the bar or using an app if non verbal or feeling shy.

Toilets

They have standard disabled toilets downstairs but no changing place toilets unfortunately

Staff

Staff are really relaxed, helpful, patient and understanding. And really went above and beyond when I had a panic attack
