We work to make sure that anyone with a disability, may it be learning, sensory or physical, can ski or snowboard alongside other people. All lessons prices below are based on 1 hour sessions. 1 and a 1/2 hour and 2 hour lessons are also available at a higher rate so please ask if you are interested. First incredible sit ski lesson!

My first sit ski lesson was an incredible experience. I am already booking my next session! Fantastic day out for people with disabilities with supportive staff and fantastic adapted ski equipment.

Toilets features at Disability Snowsport UK Chill Factore

There are 9 toilet locations in the centre; 5 located on the ground floor level (in the changing village, Costa café, Nando’s, and Wetherspoons) and 2 located on the first floor (behind Mont Blanc restaurant and 2 in the Conference area behind Chilli’s bar). Each toilet block has a disabled-access toilet and baby changing facilities are available in first floor toilets. The manual doors open outwards and have easy to operate locks. Each has a toilet, sink, hand dryer or towels, sanitary bins. Flooring is non slip.

Changing Places toilet

There is a Changing Places toilet, which includes an adult-size changing bench, toilet, sink and hoist.

Accessible toilet

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
