Average
Services have disabled parking spaces around entrance. However it is hard to tell which are disabled and which are parent and child. There is level entrance to Greggs which is outside of the main services and into the main entrance. There are a few steps for entry which you go in. There is a rail and a wheelchair mini-lift/stair lift. The toilets involve a long walk around the services so you go past all the shops and restaurants. However there is a "secret" door to the right as you get to the top of the stairs. This opens up to the corridor where the toilets are. The M&S is only at Westbound services. There is a footbridge to this or if you ring a number displayed at the disabled parking spaces you can drive there via an access road.

There are only a few steps and is a mini-lift/stairlift you can use. Once up the steps it is flat throughout. The toilets are a long walk unless you have a radar key to use the short cut door.
Parking & Transport
Good
There is no public transport for obvious reasons. There are a number of disabled spaces by the entrance. Confusingly they are mixed up with the parent and child spaces. They need repainting so you can tell which is which.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Has fully accessible disabled toilets.
Staff
Good
Staff vary from outlet to outlet but are mostly friendly. My wife left me in the car to go toilet but forget to put up our blue badges. Someone came around checking the disabled parking spaces. I was about to explain but he told me not to worry as he could see the wheelchair in boot.
