Attended a concert at Birnam Arts Centre, mixed experience but will definitely go back.

Lift currently out of order. Not sure if they would have let me sit on balcony anyway (many venues don't, although I am ambulant) Cobbled path to accessible automatic door

Three accessible parking bays outside were all full. Available on street parking however the normal bays are narrow. Arrived early to get parked.

Average
Small accessible toilet with possible space to transfer from one side. I couldn't turn my manual wheelchair round in there. It's beyond the ladies and gents, so you are stuck behind a queue when coming in and out (awkward). There is another accessible toilet upstairs but lift was out of order.

I phoned ahead to request a wheelchair space as concert was unreserved seating. Arrived at venue, staff expecting me (great), find they have allocated me a space in the middle of auditorium, yes an aisle seat but between rows. My wheelchair is not the same size as a seat and takes up two rows. Had to request to be moved to back row.
