Easy access at the entrance, lovely service, gorgeous cakes, excellent coffee. No accessible toilet.

Excellent
The entrance to the shop is comfortably step-free. At the time of my visit all dining was still outside. The outdoor tables are well-spaced, ideal for wheelchair users.
Parking & Transport
Good
Balham Station is very nearby. It's step-free for National Rail services but NOT step-free for the underground. Zillions of buses whizz past nearby.
Accessible Toilets
0There is a customer toilet downstairs but no accessible toilet.
Staff
Excellent
The staff are charming, friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Top marks!
Additional Information
The cakes are absolutely superb, really top-notch.
