There is a wonderful all weather path from Swansea to Mumbles. There are lots of benches along the way for the ambulant disabled. There is parking opposite the university - pay and display; I think it's card only - and there are toilets, a cafe, a snack bar and an ice-cream kiosk at Blackpill. The toilet is accessible. I had a Radar key but you can probably get a key from one of the vendors.

Additional Information
I didn't meet any staff. The accessible toilet at the Lido is adequate. Room for a carer but not a changing places toilet. There are more modern toilets further along at Mumbles.
