Very good visit
Parking was just across from the entrance with plenty of disabled parking. Access to theatre was easy and flat. Entrance to theatre was excellent and easy to move around. Tickets bought via phone call to box office (free companion) which was easy as I had a Hynt Card (Nimbus also accepted) but had to pick tickets up from box office (can’t book online) The reason for this was due to abuse of system.
Note:- They have now reverted back to book via telephone and e-tickets are sent via email.
Considering age of building access facilities are very good. We had tickets for Grand Circle. Access was via small lift just big enough for wheelchair and one person. Staff were very helpful and friendly and met us upstairs to escort to the staff on that level who guided to our seats. There are no disabled toilets on this level (we’re told this) but there was a good accessible toilet on ground floor. I am able to walk a short distance so used toilets on this level and these were easy to get to and access to use them was good. Seating location was back row but view was excellent and made getting in very easy. My partner had a “proper“ seat next to me. There are only two wheelchair spaces but if you can walk or transfer from wheelchair the are some other seats that are usable. Leaving theatre was very easy and staff on hand to help if you needed this.
