Swansea City Centre Bus Station

This bus station is located just outside the Quadrant Shopping Centre. It has 20 stands with various bus routes operating from them. There is a separate section for coach services where National Express coaches stop. There are four ways to access the station and all have automatic doors and step-free access. Inside, large windows allow a lot of natural light into the building, and the space is also well lit after dark. There is lots of seating available, and each stand is clearly signposted. There are toilets available inside the bus station. However, there is a 30p entry fee and only coins are accepted. There is at least one accessible toilet within this area, and a wider entry gate is available. There is a Changing Places toilet in the mobility hire shop located inside the station but this is only available during the shop’s opening hours. Due to the time I visited and not having any change, I was unable to access any of the accessible toilet facilities available at this station. As well as essential amenities such as the information desk and toilets, the station also had a Costa Coffee, Greggs and a Co-op.
