Amazing book shop, if you can get in! The wheelchair lift into the shop is too small, even for a standard wheelchair. Alternative access is available using other lifts and the staff lift (you have to ask for help). Too often one or other of these lifts is not working. Floor staff are very supportive (and embarrassed), but despite several problematic visits, nothing changes. We will keep turning up and being a problem!
