I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person and a general supporter of disabled access. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination and moving around.

A fairly easy solo shopping experience in a very large store. Other than products on high shelves, it was an easy and pleasant Christmas shopping trip. From the automatic doors to wide aisles, everything was simple to navigate.

There are automatic doors on both the entrance and exit to the store and wide aisles with plenty of room to maneouver a wheelchair/powerchair and other walking aids.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
B&M is located in Trostre retail park and as such, there is dedicated on-site parking with ample disabled spaces and a generous quantity of standard parking spaces. There are also links to local bus services a short distance away with dropped kerbs and waiting islands for crossing the roads.

Staff
Excellent
Staff are very friendly and helpful, there are also plenty of them dotted around the store if you have ay queries. They are chatty and more than happy to assist with packing at the tills if need be.
