The Boardwalk restaurant in Falkirk is a light, airy restaurant with plenty of space for me as a wheechair user to get around. i have visited quite a few times and each time, the staff are a friendly, very efficient bunch always on hand to help. There is a carvery, small or large plate or a wide menu to choose from. When choosing the carvery, a staff member helped by going along the line with me and choosing what I wanted and then taking it back to the table for me while my husband chose his own. For me, if I don't choose the carvery,the enchillades are great and with generous portions and I definitely recommend lentil and bacon soup. Unfortunately, the puddings are delicious making the choice difficult and time consuming!. The disabled toilet is spacious enough for me and my manual wheelchair. It is clean and fresh and even a mirror at wheechair height. Definitely be back

There is level access with wide doors but I needed help from my husband as they are a little heavy

Good
We came by car. There is 3 or 4 disabled bays but the car park is large and I don't think there would be a problem finding a space

Excellent
the loos are easy to find. No radar key needed. Plenty of grab rails, Space for me to manoeuvre manual wheelchair

received a pleasant welcome and, as description above staff are really helpful when you need them
Additional Information
I always have a lovely experience and take visiting relatives out to lunch here. Add in a couple of cocktails and you get a special occassion all wrapped up.
