Balham Railway Station is nearby and has a lift - very accessible for wheelchair users. Balham Tube Station is nearby and is totally INaccessible for wheelchair users.

Access

Use the side entrance. The main entrance leads to a stepped area and is not suitable for wheelchair users. The side entrance leads to a level area with plenty of seating. Very easy to get in and manoeuvre around the restaurant.

Toilets

The accessible toilet would have got five stars, but the red emergency cord is set in a corner of the ceiling, out of reach of anyone who might need it, and what's more it had been tucked behind a bin. Very thoughtless.

Staff

Lovely friendly staff, helpful, patient, professional.

If you have the outstandingly delicious pork spare ribs you will not need to eat for the rest of the day and quite likely most of the next day.
