Fantastic venue with access to each and every area of the tennis centre. Not many venues can claim that!!!

Transport & Parking

Plenty of disabled parking bays immediately outside the front entrance of the arena, all with dropped kerbside.

Access

Disabled access to the tennis centre, store, cafe and toilets was superb. There are 2 lifts to the viewing gallery's with every court able to be accessed by wheelchair users.

Toilets

The toilet was accessible for me with plenty of space and kept in good order despite around 60 wheelchair tennis players using it for 5 days in a row.

Staff

All of the staff I dealt with could not have been any more helpful. From assisting with sports wheelchairs and luggage, to organising physio treatment. Top drawer.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

The centre is on the doorstep of the Reebok Stadium (home to Bolton Wanderers) which provides a great setting but can be very busy on match day.
