Disabled Access at Octagon Theatre

We are committed to making the Octagon accessible for all visitors and we want to make your visit to the Theatre as enjoyable as possible. The Octagon has a flat foyer and entrance, and an accessible toilet is available on this level. Access to the bar and auditorium is via the lift. There are stairs in the auditorium so please mention any access requirements when booking and book wheelchair spaces in advance, so we can ensure all requirements are met. Our season brochure is available in large print, on audio CD and Soundcloud. Accessible parking at Octagon Theatre

Designated parking is available close to the Octagon. Bolton Council provides free on-street parking after 6pm, and there are various bays located around Le Mans Crescent and the surrounding area.

Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor and have step-free access.

Changing Places toilet

There is a Changing Places toilet, which includes an adult-size changing bench, toilet, sink and hoist.

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
