    Bothwell Castle

    About

    Bothwell is Scotland's largest and finest 13th century castle. Part of the original circular keep survives. The adjacent semi-natural ancient woodland is full of woodland flowers, especially during the spring. There is access to the Clyde Walkway. 1 Apr to 30 Sept: Daily, 9.30am to 5pm (last entry 4.30pm) 1 Oct to 31 Mar: Daily except Sun & Mon, 10am to 4pm (last entry 3pm). Closed for lunch 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
