Bowmore distillery is a Islay single malt Scotch whisky distillery located on the Isle of Islay, an island of the Inner Hebrides. Short sighted business making limited or no interest in accommodating disabled customers

This is my first ever thoroughly negative review and I hope Bowmore read it and take note. The Bowmore website has some limited access information so I emailed asking if they could accommodate a wheelchair user even though their tour is unfortunately not accessible due to the layout of the period building and the reply I received said: "Our tours are not wheelchair friendly as it is a working distillery" I replied saying that many of the other distilleries take a more inclusive approach to accommodating thoose with disabilities so I will visit them instead.
