Good
The garden Center is in general very accessible with wide paths and flat even ground, great for wheelchairs or any unsteady feet. No steps at all ! The staff are very helpful and will always lend a helping hand if you need. There is a disabled toilet and blue badge parking all of which are adequate and well maintained. The restaurant has a range of seating or table options but are happy to move chairs out of your way or swap them around. Only current challenge is a large amount of Christmas stock has left some areas Slightly too slim and so is challenging to navigate If you are in a wheelchair or unsteady on your feet. Overall a very helpful lovely place and they will even help carry heavy things to your car ( not sure if this is being continued with the Covid restrictions )
Disabled Access In and Around

No steps at all ! Plenty of seating in the restaurant/cafe. Clear signage to the bathrooms.
Parking & Transport
Average
Has it’s own car park with a few disabled bays. The car park is only small however I have visited many a times and never struggled to access a disabled bay. I don’t know if you can access from public transport but it is near Braintree Designer Village which is near a train station and bus stop. It is very close to a busy road and round about and would not think it is safe to walk from these public transport locations
Accessible Toilets

The toilet is ok, enough room for a manual chair but I think it could be potentially awkward with something large. There were grab rails. Not sure if there was a Changing Places Toilet

Excellent
Very helpful, restaurant staff were kind and accommodating of me wishing to remain in my wheelchair.
Additional Information
They have hand sanitizers on arrival and a track and trace QR code. Clear signs around the garden Center about Covid Regulations. I would definitely visit again as it felt very safe
