Overview
My friend asked a member of staff to open the side fire exit door and I used the slope to get to the door. Once in it was all flat. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar in the next room sales great cocktails.
Transport & Parking
The Brasserie is in the Queens hotel and there are pay & display spaces at the front of the hotel. Not sure what times you have to pay and how many disabled spaces there are. Room to be dropped off by taxi.
Access
Steps to the entrance and need to use a slope to a fire exit if using a wheelchair.
Toilets
Room to move in the accessible toilet with good grab rails.
Staff
Polite and helpful.
