I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets and understanding.

Excellent
Brilliant new climbing venue. Pleased to see they have an accessible toilet and a lift to the upper floors (though the small additional climbing area doesn't have a lift from what I saw). The venue is brand new, spacious, and there's lots of chairs and sofas near the climbing walls if like me you can't stand for long periods of time. Huge car park and 5-10 minute walk to bus stop.

Lift available to cafe area but not to smaller upper climbing area. (From what I could see) The rest of the gym is massive however which more than makes up for it, and more accessible imo than other climbing gyms I've seen.

Free parking I believe, though I personally didn't use the car park I noticed it's very large with lots of spaces.
