6 Bedroom holiday let with 3 ground floor rooms,,,,two of which are detached ensuite with wet rooms. 1883 full of character situated in rural location in a fold of the Ffestiniog steam railway ( Tanygrasiau station 200m, walking stick access. Full dis access 1m at Blaenau ffestiniog station.) I had daughter using a chair for years and I was Head of dept at disabled school 7 years. We are tiny and NOT suitable for self powered chairs but full of ideas / possibilities for others. IE drive on beaches with no lifts no far away. etc We run only on renewable energy but with refinement. Cosy rooms, warm rooms with sheep wool insulation and turf roofs, 3 working electric car chargers for over 11 years, £20k of computer integrated biomass and solar panels. We do cosy and warm with wi-fi. Won many national eco awards.
