Last night we went to see Luke Combs on his My Kinda Saturday Night tour. He gave a great performance but this review isn't about Luke, it's about access and whilst it was generally good we had a few issues.
Disabled Access In and Around

From the car park, we made our way to a separate security checkpoint. They checked everyone's bags, but not my wheelchair. Once through, there was a bit of a trek to the accessible entrance. We passed the food and merch area on the way in. There were no access features of note, but the ground was well maintained. Signage to our entrance was pretty poor, and it was a combined accessible and general admission area. There was a low fence to support the flow for accessible ticket holders, but it was largely ignored, meaning we were either amongst people shuffling slowly or encountering people going against the flow. There are two access platforms, both fenced off, with ramps and their own accessible portable toilets. I was incorrectly advised by a member of staff at one point and left the way I came in, only to find I had to fight through the crowds to get back to the platform and take the ramp down to the toilets. We could order and pay for food and drink from staff with card machines, who then brought our purchase over to us. This was great. I didn't see signage to indicate the presence of alternative formats.

We paid to park at the ice rink behind the stadium. Being close to the stadium was great, but the bays are all standard width, presenting the chance for folks to get boxed in. The car park is tarmac, so smooth enough to traverse with a mobility device.

Accessible Toilets

The portable toilets were pretty spacious, with a rail around the room, though made of the same blue plastic as the toilet itself. The toilet seat was black, standing out against the blue walls. The flush is a lever to the left when seated. There was no sink, just hand sanitiser. There was space for a left side transfer. There is a Changing Places toilet at the stadium. I saw signs for it on the way in but didn't use it.

Staff
Good
Staff were great, despite that one incident of sending me the wrong way.
Additional Information
It took us an hour to get out of the car park. If possible, it may be worth using the loo before you go back to your car, especially if you have a long drive ahead.
