Overall Rating
Good
Personally, I have been to this venue on many occasions but always on matchday (bar a stadium tour fifteen years ago) - so this was all new to me. Loving rugby as I do, I found this tour excellent.
Disabled Access In and Around
Average
All level access although the lifts are on the small side - only allowing one chair at a time.
Parking & Transport
Poor
Because there were a group of us from Longstone Centre, we used Social Work transport - and were therefore allowed to use the 'drop off zone' in front of the West Stand. However,I guess every visitor will have access to parking facilities.
Accessible Toilets
Average
Accessible toilets are dotted throughout the venue. Small but functional - with grab rails.
Staff
Average
We only came into contact with one member of staff - the tour guide, who gets high marks from me; he knew his stuff and had an easy way about him (although he didn't like the fact that I knew something about rugby!)
Additional Information
A must for rugby fans! (Do book in advance though.)
