Excellent
Lots of space to get around and ramps everywhere. Helpful staff as well. Lovely spacious cafe and coffee area.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Wide entrances and automatic doors make this a joy to get around. Ramps to the outside and good surfaces make it easy to get around.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
We drove there and found a large and spacious car park. Not sure about public transport .
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Disabled toilet was a good size with red cord and rails. The only reason it didn't score 5 was because we had to reverse out through a small lobby where the other toilets opened onto.
Staff
Excellent
All staff were very helpful. From pointing us to the toilet to running to our aid when we got a length of tape wrapped round a wheel. They all seemed to enjoy their work.
Additional Information
We will definitely visit again. It had a most spacious cafe and seating area for coffee. We also saw someone with their guide dog getting around.
