Excellent
Just on the outskirts of Ryde opposite Tesco. As well as the normal plants etc.. Has wide range of gifts, home ware, wild bird food, accessories and clothes. Also sells crafts, Yankee candles and more Restaurant has a wide range of food, drinks, cakes and pizzas. Really great food and great environment. Has a great balcony you can set on in the summer (has wheelchair access) Bus stops outside. Large car park. Flat access throughout. There a few wheelchairs to borrow. Disabled toilets on the entrance floor and lower floor. Lift access to all floors. Great for a shopping trip (especially at Christmas when they have Christmas World) or just for a meal in the large restaurant.

Flat throughout. Lifts to the lower floors. Wide aisles to get a wheelchair through. Automatic open doors. The restaurant has a designated disabled area which has high backed single leather chairs which can be moved for a wheelchair or allow easy transfer. There are 3 or 4 wheelchairs just inside the main entrance which can be borrowed.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Southern Vectis buses to Ryde and Sandown/Shanklin stop outside. Large car park. The far car park is tarmacked and has a number of disabled spaces.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Disabled toilet on the entrance floor. Has grab bars in all the right places. Also on the lower floor with the general toilets is another disabled toilet.
Staff
Excellent
Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a staffed customer service desk just inside the entrance.
