Overview

Disabled bays getting abused... FROM THE FRONT DOOR... power doors don't open automatically from the outside until you put hard physical pressure on them. WALKING INTO THE HALL... first Disabled Toilet, RADAR lock removed and RED CORD tied up to shaky hand rail... ENTRANCE OF HALL... Four heavy "fire doors" no easy assess for chair users or patrons with a weakness. SECOND DISABLED TOILET... staff unlocking the RADAR locked door and when patrons close it over they get abuse from staff. Also the RED CORD of this disabled toilet is also tied up and human excrement on yellow bins... I think the staff at this venue need basic training in how to treat people with disabilities, also for the caller to be less bullying to patrons, COVID measures have been questionable at this venue also.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Tables and touch pads could be sanitised better, I actually left a bit of masking tape on a table and it was there for around three weeks.
