Access was easy with a modern, spacious, lift taking visitors from street level to the Crypt.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Access into the Crypt is via stairs or a modern and spacious lift. Once at Crypt level there is a large shop area, booking office area, exhibition space and the cafe. The cafe has tables and chairs that are easily moved to accommodate wheelchair users. The food selection counters are easy to reach and staff are happy to help.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
There are some Blue Badge bays in the nearby street. London buses also pass nearby. Charing Cross station is a short distance away.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
There are two accessible toilets that are spacious and modern with the grab rails and features you would expect.

Excellent
Staff were very helpful. Happy to fetch items we couldn't see or find.
Additional Information
The food was high quality and well presented. The atmosphere was busy but in a nice way and the environment was pleasant.
