Good
Wheelchair/mobility scooter-accessible cafe run as part of the Leicester Cathedral complex. Serves sandwiches and toasties, cakes, hot and cold drinks and ice cream. The entrance offers completely level access through an automatic door. Plenty of space for maneuvering once inside. Wheelchair accessible loo. Staff were extremely thin on the ground (and hence not over-friendly due to being over-worked), but it seemed as though they'd be willing to provide any assistance required within their remit.

Use city centre carparks. Parking outside the door isn't possible here.

The one staff member we saw was clearly overworked but we had no reason to believe they wouldn't have provided assistance (e.g. carrying food/drink to the table) if required.
