    Excellent

Easy to access from the motorway and well signposted. We were travelling north and the services were at the start of the A14 (when joining from the M11) Inside there was a central/round dining area and then all the eateries and shops were on the outside of this central area. This made moving about easy, with plenty of open spaces. There were several different fast food restaurants, plus a Costa and M&S Food. There were two disabled toilets, plus one changing places room. Outside there was plenty of pedestrian space and a small kids playground too.

    Disabled Access In and Around

    Excellent

Disabled access was good. Level/paved access at the front of the building and then level access once inside. There was a central/circular eating area, which meant that it was easy to navigate in a wheelchair.

    Parking & Transport

    Rating Emoji

    Excellent

There were approximately 10 disabled parking bays, split into two sections. One in front of the on-site Ramada Hotel, the other in front of the main entrance to the services. There were also several EV charging points too.

    Accessible Toilets

There were two accessible loos, plus a changing places toilet. All were easy to find and were accessed using a Radar key.
