Great stuff - only the ground level room is accessible so make sure your game is in that room - stairs down to the other room. Accessible loo on ground floor. A couple of steps to get in, but if you contact them in advance staff will sort you out with a ramp. They'll also make sure there's a seat in the room so you can sit down.

Upbeat. friendly and helpful staff.
Additional Information
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Lots of fun puzzles. Felt like we were in the Crystal Maze! The light in the room is pretty low so you might need to use the torch they provide to read some of the clues/materials. Also, you're not actually locked in so you can get out at any time if you have a wobble or need the loo!
